DO NOT BEGIN WORK UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM THE ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD
Description of the proposed home and/or landscape improvement, change or addition: material to be used, including similarity to existing structure as appropriate (email separately if necessary). PLEASE BE AS SPECIFIC AS POSSIBLE IN DESCRIBING MATERIALS AND FEATURES. For example, if new windows are being installed, attach a brochure OR color sample that contains the brand name, model number and picture.
The Architectual board will review your request within 10 business days and will contact you whether the request is approved or denied.
