The Surrey Meadows of Wilson HOA goals are to protect home values, maintain the aesthetics of the community and create a peaceful environment for all residents to enjoy.
Please remember: We have heard complaints from the neighborhood on the following:
Exterior Upkeep: Faded Paint, Dry Rot, Roof and Decks
Yard Upkeep: Mowing, Edging, Tree Trimming, Weed Control
Other Exterior Maintenance: If you have any other exterior home or garage damage, please don’t delay in making repairs.
Your home and driveway should be pressured washed routinely to remove any mildew and rust stains.
Play equipment, bicycles, toys, shovels, rakes, hoses, and other miscellaneous items should be stored out of view when not in use.
Trash Cans may be placed at the curb the evening before trash day and need to be removed by dusk the day of pick up.
